Yoga for Musicians

In this workshop, Jeremy will explain techniques to open up the hands, wrist, and shoulders to maintain optimal health as a handpan player and musician.  The workshop will focus on stretching, warm-up techniques, and more.  As a working musician, Jeremy has had to develop techniques to maintain balance in his own body, meeting the demands of playing music professionally.  In the workshop, Jeremy will also address playing posture to keep you playing the handpan healthy and pain free!
